Hyy guys welcome to  my blog today I am gonna tell you some very useful morning habits So guys here we go  First after waking up in morning you should not touch your phone for atleast 1 hour if possible you should not see any electrical gadgets instead you should do meditation for 20to 30mins  After doing meditation you should do exercise or yoga whatever you like for atleast 15 to 20mins After doing you should drink like warm water along with that you can add lemon and honey Next you should make a diary n write your thoughts about your life that what you gonna next After that you can write the to-do list for your day this will help you to utilize your time https://youtu.be/mL3dh3A0F_E

Do Dreams really work???

 As we all have dreams un our life But do only having dreams is enough for us to be successful in life The oubious answer is no everybody has a dream but anyone can't acheive it those who work hard for it can acheive it but it is not as simple as said we have to put all our efforts and day and night into it in order to acheive it but even if we fail in acheiveing it then also we should not lose hope in life there will be ups and downs some time you rise and sometimes you fall but it is only the life and we should accept as it is we should never ever give up in life we have only one life and we should never waste in thinking that why I don't get success instead we should try again and again the number of time you fall is the number of times you rise and Rising and falling is part of life and Try to be your own hero .  https://youtu.be/mL3dh3A0F_E
