Best morning habits

Hyy guys welcome to  my blog today I am gonna tell you some very useful morning habits So guys here we go 

First after waking up in morning you should not touch your phone for atleast 1 hour if possible you should not see any electrical gadgets instead you should do meditation for 20to 30mins 

After doing meditation you should do exercise or yoga whatever you like for atleast 15 to 20mins

After doing you should drink like warm water along with that you can add lemon and honey

Next you should make a diary n write your thoughts about your life that what you gonna next

After that you can write the to-do list for your day this will help you to utilize your time
